About Catie Brown-Busch

Catie Brown-Busch is the founder and head trainer of LVP Fitness, where she helps clients achieve lasting results through a holistic approach built on Longevity, Vitality, and Performance. With over a decade of experience in the fitness and wellness industry, Catie combines her expertise in training, nutrition, and lifestyle optimization to help people move better, feel stronger, and live healthier at every stage of life.

A lifelong athlete, Catie’s passion for health began early. After playing soccer for more than 20 years and discovering her love for strength training in high school, she carried that drive into the United States Marine Corps, where discipline, grit, and perseverance became part of her foundation.

Following her service, Catie spent years in marketing and organizational leadership, eventually serving as Chief Operating Officer for a nationally recognized fitness company. There, she worked closely with elite athletes and industry experts, refining her knowledge of performance-based training and program design.

After facing personal health challenges that reshaped her understanding of wellness, Catie immersed herself in studying nutrition, hormone balance, and functional health—leading her to create a coaching philosophy that looks at the whole person, not just their workouts.

Today, through LVP Fitness, Catie works with clients ranging from youth athletes to adults navigating major life transitions, helping them build sustainable habits, restore balance, and perform at their best. As a certified Menopause Coach, she also specializes in helping women thrive through hormonal changes with confidence and vitality.

Catie’s mission is simple: to empower people to take control of their health, build resilience from the inside out, and live a long, vibrant, and high-performing life.
